Yahoo, weekly affirmations are back! I am so excited, too! For those of you who are new to affirmations, an affirmation is something you say or think! I quote Louise Hay who I absolutely love and find an incredible inspiration:
“An affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you’re saying to your subconscious mind: ‘I am taking responsibility. I am aware that there is something I can do to change.”
I have this cool little kit that I bought from her website http://www.hayhouse.com. Go there when you have a minute and you will find TONS of tools that will help you make 2014 the Best Year Ever!!
So, this week’s Affirmations are for Attitude. Here are a few to choose from and pick the one that feels the best to you. Write it down then put it somewhere you’ll be able to re-read throughout the day and week. When you need a reminder, just read it over and over. A great trick that I have learned is to say my affirmation in front of a mirror. You might feel a little silly at first but trust me, IT WORKS!
Attitude:
My attitude grows happier and healthier every day!
My energy is positive.
I act as though my prayers have already been answered.
Smile, today is a new day!
I believe in myself and have confidence in my abilities.
